The Arctic Tack Stud Hunters Steeplechase of €11,000

Of which the second will receive €2,200, the third €1,100, the fourth €550 and the fifth €275

A steeplechase for † Certified Hunters five yrs old and upwards that have between 5th October, 2014 and 15th January, 2018 been placed either first, second, third or fourth in a Steeplechase confined to Certified Hunters in Ireland or in a Point-To-Point Steeplechase in Ireland and that have not won a *race since 1st March, 2017 other than Certified Hunters Steeplechases or Farmers Races.

€77 to enter, €22 extra if declared to run

Weights: 5-y-o ...................................... 10st 13lb

6-y-o and up ............................................... 11st 7lb

Mares allowed .............................................. 7lb

Penalties - (to count from 1st January, 2016)

Winner of a steeplechase .................... 4lb extra

Of two steeplechases .......................... 7lb extra

Riders - Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules.

† A Hunters Certificate valid in accordance with Rule 78 for the 2017/2018 season for each horse engaged must be registered at the Offices of The Governing Bodies, The Turf Club, The Curragh, Co. Kildare, not later than 15th January or the horse is not qualified to start.
