When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change or you wish your details removed.
The information we seek from you when placing an advertisement/entering online/members area is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When entering online etc, you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the details. Your details may be used by the P2P.ie Video Service in order to contact you, this will not be passed on to a third party.
If you do not wish to receive direct marketing/information from p2p.ie or companies in the same group as p2p.ie, or no longer wish us to pass your information to third parties, you should notify us by e-mail.
p2p.ie may forward your personal details to the Police or other regulatory body to comply with the law or in relation to suspected misuse by you of the Site and/or the Interactive Services.
Refunds
Once an advertisement/membership is made it cannot be reversed. Please be careful to enter the correct horse in the correct race at all times. If you have any queries with regard to any transaction made on the p2p.ie Website please feel free to contact us at any time at the address below and we will assess the query individually. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management. Where credit is provided in the members area a balance may be shown. This balance is the amount of money which you have chosen to spend within this area and utilise over time. We do not offer the service of paying back into members accounts if they decide they have bought too much credit and all refunds are at the discretion of the management.
Results
The results posted on p2p.ie are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Please email info@p2p.ie if you believe there to be any discrepancy. All liability of p2p.ie, its directors or employees howsoever arising for any loss whatsoever arising from any inaccuracy or perceived in accuracy contained in the results of this website is excluded, insofar as it is possible to do so in law.
Up to the 2021-22 season the distances posted on p2p.ie for the 1st to 4th finishers are official as noted by the Judge on the day with the assistance of an IHRB official. Extended distances are generated from the p2p.ie reporter.
From the start of the 2021-22 season p2p.ie will endeavour where possible depending on course layout and proximity of the video to the line to provide more accurate distances using improved timed technology to assess distances between finishers.
The distances are calculated using the following Lengths per second formula:
Good of quicker - 5 L.P.S
Good to Yielding - Yielding to Soft - 4.5 L.P.S
Soft or slower - 4 L.P.S
Good of quicker - 5 L.P.S
Good to Yielding - Yielding to Soft - 4.5 L.P.S
Soft or slower - 4 L.P.S
Members Area
The Subscription paid for the members area will cover one season only and should this membership be paid some way into the season it will still only cover to the end of that season. Any extraordinary circumstances, or act of God, such as Foot and Mouth, which may shorten the season will not qualify for any membership refund.
Any members holding money in their account at the seasons end will not be allowed to use this towards the following seasons membership and refunds will not be offered on such monies.
Our advice if you are intent on joining for one season only or do not wish to join for next season or are even unsure would be to ensure never to top up with more money than you intend to actually use within the season. If you expect to be a member each season this will be less relevant.
It is illegal to share membership with others and we reserve the right to cancel any memberships at any stage.
All functions within the members area are the property of Irish Point to Point Services and cannot be reproduced for any purpose by any individual.
Payment
We accept online payments through a secure environment by credit card and transactions are shown in Euro. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way.
Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution.
€1 administration fee will be charged per entry by telephone only, no administration fee is applicable for online entries.

The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent. You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet. This must be for personal reasons only and always non commercial. You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way. You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
Liability
The information contained in the website is for information purposes. P2p.ie is not providing any recommendations or endorsements to any horse, product or service promoted on the website. The material on the website does not constitute advice and you should not use the information on the website to make any decisions or take any action.
The form of any horse is compiled in accurate a fashion as is reasonably possible and p2p will not be held responsible for errors or indeed consequences of errors in this area.
The same also applies to breeding analysis. The breeding analysis is only accurate up to the time the horse first received a Hunter Certificate. p2p will not be held responsible for any errors at this stage and will endeavour to provide an accurate analysis at all times. The breeding analysis may subsequently be updated the next time the horse receives a Hunter Certificate (second season) but if the horse has run on more than one occasion since the last update then the breeding note will not be updated and this information may be dated as the actual form of the horse is then considered more relevant.
Information on the dam is likely to contain her race record, but may not contain all point to point wins for older mares as these records are not as readily available as in more recent years (2000 ).
