TRACK GUIDE
Having raced at the popular Lismore since the early 1920`s, the point-to-point committee unveil their new track Castlelands racecourse in March 2022 which remain within the grounds of the Lismore Estate.
One mile around, the track is composed of two long straights with two gradual bends and a slight uphill finish.
A left-handed track with a bend on the descent from four out and a gradual climb from before two out to the line. You need to have both speed and stamina, on account of the climb from two out, and it`s a major plus to be positioned close to the pace.
