For Certified Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, the property of members or subscribers holding a validHunter Certificate to the East Down Hunt, or are East Down Farmers as defined by the Qualifyiing Committee of the Masters and Messrs. T. Foy and P. Turley, and in the owners possession before 1st January 2009. 4-y-o Maidens excluded. No Penalties. Mares allowed 5lbs, where weights permit. Weights: 4yo 11st 7lbs, 5yo+ 12st
