HAMMER AND ANVIL has recent course form to his name having chased home Ballycash at this venue a fortnight previously, and having proven that he handles the track, he is the one to beat. Ballycrystal would look the principal danger having stepped-up notably to finish a fine second to Product Of Love at Rathcannon last month. Whipcord has to overcome a disappointing effort at Necarne on his latest start, but his fine third at Largy in April would bring him into contention alongside Minmore Present.
