Confined Hunt Farmers Race for Certified Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, the property of farmers living and farming in the Kildare Hunting District, to be defined by the Hunt Committee, and subscribers holding a valid Hunter Certificate to the Kildare Hunt, which have not won a race under the Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing other than Point to Point Steeplechases or Hunter Steeplechases. The holder of a Public Trainers Licence is not eligible to run a horse his own property in this race. No Penalties. Mares allowed 5lbs. 4-y-o Maidens Excluded.

Three of the first four horses home in the Bishopscourt Cup reappear here for a race which is traditionally a trial to that Punchestown Festival event when in its February date. REWRITETHERULES was a very easy winner last month and should have little trouble following up his win in this back in 2020. Alpha Male would seem the main danger.
