For Certified Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland.
4-Y-O Maidens excluded. No Penalties. Mares allowed 5lbs. For Novice Riders who, at midnight on the Monday prior to the closing of entries, have not ridden more than fifteen winners under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing, including Point to Point Steeplechases. Riders who have not ridden more than 5 winners are entitled to a 5lb allowance.

Is A Real Champ upset the favourite to win this race 12 months ago but he has not won in each of his five starts since and has 24 lengths to find with SOME ARE LUCKY from their meeting at Turtulla in November. The reigning champion mare La Feline gives Sam Curling a strong hand in this, with Annamix likely the biggest danger to the pair Curling could run in this. He may not have been able to recapture the form of his run in the Topham last year when disappointing in two opens this term, but he was fairing better before exiting at the last in the Tetratema Cup last week.
