For Certified Hunters aged 6 years old and upwards, Geldings only, maidens at starting, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland. For Novice Riders who, on the Monday prior to the closing of entries, have not ridden more than fifteen winners under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing, including Point to Point Steeplechases. Riders who have not ridden more than 5 winners are entitled to a 5lb allowance.
