HATHAWAYS COTTAGE was no match for Dear Ryta when backing up quickly after her stable debut in Tinahely, but that rival franked the form in mares open company subsequently and following a break the Mahler mare could regain the winning thread here. Track placed during the summer, Lilian Bland made a good return the pointing sphere at Tinahely and is a danger, whilst Millie B was quite a facile winner on debut last Sunday and there is more to come from her.
