For Certified Hunters aged 5 years old and upwards, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland. No Penalties. Mares allowed 5lbs. For Novice Riders who, at midnight on the Monday prior to the closing of entries, have not ridden more than fifteen winners under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing, including Point to Point Steeplechases. Riders who have not ridden more than 5 winners are entitled to a 5lb allowance.

The 2021 King George victor is the star attraction for what would be his point-to-point debut. Previously under the care of Willie Mullins, the now 12-year-old has not been seen since going close in the 2022 Clonmel Oil Chase. If retaining that old ability, the 163-rated chaser could be tough to oppose. Ciel De Neige is another track recruit and he has finished placed at both the Cheltenham and Punchestown festivals, whilst King Alex, Vado Forte and Ballinrea all outran their starting prices in their respective latest outings.
