Winners Race - Gain Mares Series Final
For Certified Hunters aged 4 years old and upwards, Mares Only, the property of subscribers to any Hunt in Ireland, that were maidens at the start of the current Point to Point season, and since then have been placed first, second, third or fourth in a Point to Point Steeplechase, and which have not won a race under the Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing in any country other than Point to Point Steeplechases.
No Penalties. 4-y-o Maidens Excluded.
Gain Equine Nutrition and Ballynoe Point-to-Point Committee will present a bonus of €3,000 to the winning owner. If it is necessary to run more than one division of this race the bonus will be divided equally amongst the winning owners.

Since winning her maiden at Punchestown in February, DEDUDEFROMHOUSTON has done little wrong with consecutive impressive successes, the latest of which was recorded in Borris House at the beginning of the month. Lucy Wang has the notable form of having gone close against the boys in open company at Comea last time, and like a number of these, she does have an alternative entry in Durrow, but if running here would be a danger. As would Oh My Jenny, Sworn Duty, and Time In A Bottle who were all closely matched at Knockanard last month.
