won a race under the Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing in any Country and not more than one Point to
Point Steeplechase of any description.
Riders:- Those who at the start of the day have not ridden more than five winners under any Rules of
Racing or Steeplechasing, including Point to Point Steeplechases.
