Mares Allowed 5lbs. For Novice Riders who, on the Monday prior to the closing of entries, have not ridden more than fifteen winners under any Rules of Racing or Steeplechasing, including Point to PointSteeplechases. Riders who have not ridden more than 5 winners are entitled to a 5lb allowance.
