have been registered and which are eligible to run in Hunters Steeplechases in Great Britain to run in this race. However, horses with a Hunters Certificate that have run in any race other than a Hunters Steeplechase since 1st December, 2023 are excluded.
A person who is registered as a current Keeper with the British Horseracing Authority may enter and run a horse in this race.

HRI Directive 10 has been suspended for the purpose of this race and the following procedures for elimination and balloting of horses will apply.
(i) The number of declared runners shall be reduced by first balloting those horses that have not won a Point-To-Point steeplechase since 1st October, 2023.
(ii) The number of horses declared will be then reduced by balloting those horses that have not won more than one Point-To-Point steeplechase since 1st October, 2023. (iii) In the event of Paragraphs (i) and (ii) not achieving the recommended limit a random ballot will then be applied to the remaining horses.
