Court Cave sires his 12th point-to-point winner this season

Court Cave sired his 12th point-to-point winner of the season on Sunday when Collingwood Court took the five-and-six-year-old geldings' maiden at Ballindenisk. 
 
The five-year-old, who is handled by Colin Bowe, had run twice previously pulling up on his debut and unseating last time out at Fairyhouse. In the hands of Barry O'Neill this £20,000 store ran out an impressive six length winner at the third time of asking to deny Cronins Hill.  
 
The Boardmills Stud stallion has also sired some notable track performers over the last numebr of years including Clondaw Court and Hold Court. 
 
Clondaw Court produced a winning debut performance at Largy point-to-point back in April 2012 for Colin Bowe, Mick Goff and Barry O'Neill.

Following on from this five-year-old geldings' maiden success, Harold Kirk and Willie Mullins purchased the gelding for £130,000. The gelding went on to win four of his five starts under rules for Willie Mullins and Rich Ricci. 
 
Hold Court made a taking debut for second on his four-year-old debut at Athlacca back in May 2011 for Philip Fenton. The gelding subsequently went on to run on the track winning eight times for Mary Evans and earning over £45,000 in prize money.
