Clonmel Hunters Chase Rescheduled

The Clonmel Hunters Chase has been rescheduled for Wednesday 15th January.

Entries for this meeting close on Thursday 9th January at 12 noon.

Declarations to run must be made by 10am Monday 13th January.

B The Rathronan Maiden Hunters Steeplechase of €10,000

Winner will receive €6,000, (Penalty Value: €5,900), Second will receive €2,000, Third will receive €1,000, Fourth will receive €500, Fifth will receive €300, Sixth will receive €200

A steeplechase for † Certified Hunters five years old and upwards that have not won a race under any N.H. Rules or Rules of Racing and that have been placed second, third or fourth in a Certified Hunters' Steeplechase in Ireland or first, second, third or fourth in a Point-to-Point Steeplechase in Ireland between 25th September, 2021 and 8th January, 2025.

€90 to enter, €10 extra if declared to run
Weights: 5-y-o ......................................11st 8lbs
6-y-o and up................................................ 12st
Mares allowed ............................................. 7lbs
Riders: Qualified Riders under I.N.H.S. Rules.

† A Hunters Certificate valid in accordance with Rule 78 for the 2024/2025 season for each horse engaged must be registered at the Office of the INHSC, The Curragh, Co. Kildare not later than 8th January, 2025 or the horse will not be qualified to start.
