Taylorstown the latest track to fall foul of wet spell

The IHRB have announced that the upcoming point-to-point at Taylorstown joins the growing list of fixtures cancellations.
 
The track at Taylorstown was inspected on Thursday and found to be unfit for racing, and with an unfavourable weather forecast, the fixture which was scheduled for Saturday, April 6th, has been cancelled.
 
That follows the cancellation of the two-day Loughanmore meeting in the region over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, whilst Curraghmore also failed an inspection and has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 6th.
 
Efforts are ongoing looking at replacement fixtures, and further details will be confirmed early next week.
