Next Thursday’s Goffs Aintree Sale is set to offer some outstanding young talent with the initial line-up of 16 entries, all of which are four-year-olds, featuring ten debut point-to-point and bumper winners which will be offered at Aintree’s Grand National Festival.

Goffs UK Managing Director Tim Kent commented:
“Every year the Goffs Aintree Sale attracts the finest pointers from the Easter period and this year is no different, the quality of the initial entries is superb and we are very grateful to the PTP handlers who are sending their best to Aintree. This will be the sale’s eighth edition and during that short history it has produced numerous Grade 1 winners, which this season are headed by Sixmilebridge who was last seen winning a Grade 1 Novices’ Chase at Sandown.
“There are another eighteen point-to-point meetings to be staged over the coming Easter break so there is still an abundance of racing to come before next Thursday’s sale and entries accepted from the weekend’s racing will be released online early next week.”
The Goffs Aintree Sale will be held at Aintree Racecourse on the opening day of the Randox Health Grand National Festival – next Thursday 9 April. The sale will be held in the winners’ enclosure after the last race on the card (last race 5.15pm).
