Stephen Connor enjoyed his best season to date in 2024/25, ending the campaign with 11 winners. His first success was aboard Caitlin Brook at Rockfield in November 2015, a horse owned by his father John and trained by Pat Doyle. A successful partnership with Tim Hyde has seen him ride both Whisperinthebreeze and £250,000 seller Brewinupastorm to win four-year-old maiden's, whilst he has also guided Kelp Forest and Planet Nine to win bumpers for Hyde. Ahead of the start of the 2019/20 campaign, Connor relocated to Northern Ireland winning aboard £330,000 seller Ballyadam during his time with Colin McKeever.
