Ben Love had his first ride on the 5th Fenuray 2017 at Oldtown aboard Glenwood Star and went on to record his first winner on the 8th October of that same year on Cee Jay McBride at Castletown-Geoghegan. Both horses were trained by Gavin Cromwell and the Co.Meath-based handler has been a big part of his career. Love first joined Cromwell's team at the age of 14 and then went on to spend his Transition Year in RACE.
