Jack Hogan, a first-cousin of well-known jockey and dual-purpose trainer Denis Hogan, rode his first point-to-point winner aboard Lady Writer at Nenagh in January 2018. A graduate of RACE, that first success came in his debut season, with his first ride having come at Dromahane two months earlier. Hogan turned professional in the Summer 2021.
