Mick Goff provided Bertie Finn with his first ride in point-to-points aboard Leading Swoop at Tattersalls in May 2021. The son of former All-Ireland winning hurler Paul Finn, Finn went on to score his first winner between the flags in March 2022 for handler Pat Doyle at Borris House abaord Mangan Sue with a first double following at Strabally two months later. The Oulart native, who is a big part of the Colin Bowe team, has finished runners-up in the Under-21 standings in 2023 and 2025.
