HRI Equuip launches National Workforce Survey

HRI Equuip has officially launched its National Workforce Survey, a major initiative designed in collaboration with Perceptive Insight and Grant Thornton, seeking to capture the experiences, challenges, and opportunities of those working across the Irish racing industry.

The survey invites participation from individuals across all roles in racing (stable staff, trainers, jockeys, breeders, racecourse staff, administration, media, etc.) to shed light on key areas such as wages, working patterns, career pathways, and overall job satisfaction.

All responses are fully confidential and anonymised, ensuring participants can provide honest and valuable feedback that will help shape future policies and supports. The findings will play a critical role in informing ongoing industry development, helping to strengthen recruitment, retention, and career progression within Irish racing.
