The five-year-old by Valirann justified his short price when running out a two and a quarter length victory.
The Jukebox Man continued the good run of Irish pointers when claiming the Grade 1 Kauto Star Novices Chase at Kempton for handler Ben Pauling.
One of the highlights of the day was at Kempton when Constitution Hill made a winning return to action when claiming his third Grade 1 Christmas Hurdle at Kempton.
The Nicky Henderson trained gelding stayed on gamely on the run-in to deny the Willie Mullins trained Lossiemouth by two and a half lengths.
Banbridge continued the good run of Irish Pointers on St Stephens Day when winning the Grade 1 Ladbrokes King George in the hands of Paul Townend.
Croke Park who only won his beginners chase in November now has two Grade 1 victories to his name when winning the Racing Post Long Distance Novice Chase in the hands of Sam Ewing. He was the fifth former Irish pointer to win a grade 1 race today.
