Alex O'Keeffe

Alex O’Keeffe, a cousin of professional jockey Sean O’Keeffe and son of well-known breeder Martin O’Keeffe, who bred Grade 1 winner Finian’s Oscar, made his point to point debut aboard Benefits Jeu for Denis Moore at Monksgrange in March 2025. He finished third on his fifth ride at Ballingarry on the penultimate day of the season aboard the Jonathan Fogarty trained Durango Kid, before gaining his first success on Our Peggy for Fogarty at Tattersalls in late October on just his seventh ride between the flags.
