Constitution Hill makes a winning return

Image © Healy Racing

After a year off the track Constitution Hill made it a winning return when winning the Kempton Grade 1 Christmas Hurdle for the third time. He is also the first horse to achieve this feat.

Hard as the Willie Mullins trained Lossiemouth tried to get to the Blue Bresil gelding, the Nickey Henderson trained individual just kept finding more and stayed on gamely on the run-in to score by two and a half lengths.

Constitution remains unbeaten having won on all of his nine starts under rules and amassing over £800,000 in prize money.
